Click to download a printable Team Relay Registration Form Text Box: Team Relay Details: T Teams pledge to ski/snowboard/snow tube in a 12-hour relay on the slopes of Boston Mills/Brandywine on February 23rd, 2008 while raising funds for The Kylie Jane Long Foundation, a local charity that enhances the lives of pediatric patients and their families. T Events throughout the day include silent auction/hourly raffles, cardboard sled race, snow tubing, live entertainment, slalom races, big air competition, torch light parade and much, much more! T Raffle prizes and auction items to include everything from gear to gift certificates to vacation getaways! Teams can range from 2 to 12 people Optional Team Information nights 7pm at Boston Mills: - January 3rd - January 15th - February 3rd Individuals without teams can register and will be connected with others Recognition will be awarded to teams raising funds at the following levels: $500 Green $1000 Blue $1500 Black Diamond $3000 Bronze Medal $5000 Silver Medal $7000 Olympic Gold $10,000+ Torch Bearer Upon registration, participants will be given fundraising suggestions For more information, ˛ Visit www.KylieJaneLong.org and www.bmbw.com ˛ Attend a team info night at Boston Mills at 7pm on either January 3rd, 15th, and/or February 3rd ˛ Call 330-808-KJLF

˛  Pre-registration fee    $25.00 per person  

Must be postmarked by February 3rd

Pre-Registration includes lift ticket, meal vouchers, and

Hope on the Slopes T-shirt

 

˛  Registration fee after February 3rd      $35.00 per person

Registration table open at 7:30 am February 23rd at Boston Mills

Registration after February 3rd includes lift ticket and 

Hope on the Slopes T-shirt while supplies last.

 

Relay begins at 10am February 23rd and ends at 10pm. 
Closing Ceremonies to follow relay.
