Text Box: General Donation General donations to The Kylie Jane Long Foundation are always appreciated. We are a local 501 (c)3 non-profit organization strictly run by dedicated volunteers, ensuring your donation gets to the children and families who need it most. Our mission is: To enhance the lives of local pediatric patients and their families by providing assistance, improving physical spaces, educating parents and medical staffs, and raising awareness of rare pediatric cancers. Some Examples of specific ways The Kylie Jane Long Foundation assists local families facing the life– threatening illness of a child: Provides Care Bags to families living in the hospital Awards Family Grants to help a family drop everything in their life to be with their child Fulfills wishes for children living in the hospital, their families, and pediatric hospital units Remodels children’s hospital rooms — currently through additions of back-lit ceiling tiles from www.theskyfactory.com Provides Holiday donations to children and families: Halloween costumes, mother’s / father’s day gift bags, Twinkle Light Toy Drive Click here to download our printable Donation Form Please make all checks payable to The Kylie Jane Long Foundation Donations can be sent to The Kylie Jane Long Foundation P.O. Click here to download a printable Silent/Auction Raffle Form The Silent Auction and Raffle will be geared toward the general public in addition to the snow sport enthusiasts, so a wide range of donated items are welcome. All silent auction / raffle donors will receive recognition in the Hope on the Slopes Event program and on the Hope on the Slopes website. Qualifying donations are tax-deductible.
